My Deceased Wife Wants a Divorce (Hannah) novel Chapter 570

He let out a long sigh, then looked up at Lionel and said, “Lionel, let me ask you something. Were you born without a brain?”

“You need someone to help you strategize something like this? And you actually struck a deal with her? I have to say, I’ve never seen an idiot quite like you before.”

“Back when you were chasing Sandra, did you ever ask Hannah for advice? Did you ever ask Hannah to help you figure out how to please your mistress?”

Samuel couldn't believe someone could be this stupid.

On one hand, he had confessed everything, which wasn't entirely bad. But on the other hand, he was collaborating with the mistress?

Just recently, he was causing a huge scene over Sandra's kidnapping, getting it all over the news and dragging Quennel into it.

And now, a day later, he turns around and says he's working with her, that she's his strategist helping him figure out how to win Hannah back.

Is that something a sane person would do?

“Lionel, when you were pursuing Sandra, you sent her flowers, jewelry, houses, and all sorts of money. Did you ask anyone for advice on that? You certainly didn't ask me. So how did you know what to do?”

“I…”

Lionel paused, about to instinctively say that those were just normal things people do.

But just as he was about to speak, he suddenly realized how utterly absurd his actions sounded.

He was right. He was actually collaborating with Sandra, asking her for advice on how to reconcile with Hannah.
