Chapter 3902: Fishing in Troubled Waters! I

Moiraine’s hands curled into fists. Her golden eyes shimmered with frustration and anger.

"For them to bring this many," she said, her tone sharpening with fury, "for them to parade their forces across the Folds searching for you... they truly don’t understand!"

Her voice dropped to a whisper that carried the weight of paradox!

"They don’t understand that they offend an Early Creature!"

She turned to him, and for a moment, her poised visage gave way to something fierce and righteous. Like someone that wanted to kill!

"These fools..."

"..."

Noah remained still, letting the moment stretch as the fires of Paradox burned brighter across the gray key in his hand.

He said nothing.

But within him, the Infinity Tower of Osmont pulsed once again.

And in the stillness of the Veiled Shore, his heart beat louder than the war drums of Existence even as Living Paradoxes arrived to search for him.

But they would find nothing.

He would observe their fruitless efforts, and he would continue elavating in power at the same time as he looked for opportunities!

The auras of Paradoxes still pressed on the edges of the Early Veiled Shore like trembling tides at the edge of a sacred island.

Noah stood steady as the waters near his feet stilled despite the noise beyond, as if the very reality surrounding the Veiled Shore deferred to his presence.

Then, at this critical moment, Liora came.

Her steps were heavy and urgent, the kind of urgency that could bend existence to her will. Her usually composed features were tight, lips pale, eyes sharp with a frantic dread as she felt the auras of Paradoxes.

This dread...was not for her.

"Sir Osmont," she said quietly, too quietly, like something inside her might shatter if she raised her voice. "My father... Bob..."

Noah’s gaze turned down to meet hers.

The moment froze. Her face, drawn in worry. Her hands clenched tightly together.

He studied her for a breath.

Then, without a word, he turned away and looked toward the waters of the Early Veiled Shore.

"I will perceive what he is doing."

His voice was calm as if he wanted to reassure.

Liora nodded quickly, her eyes glassy.

Noah didn’t speak again.

He closed his eyes.

And sank.

Absolute Fictional Transcendence bloomed!

The Paradoxical Prison was not a place that should still exist.

Yet here it was, suspended in an impossible corner of fractured Existence. Obsidian skies yawned endlessly above, the air cracked like cooling stone. Black seas groaned below, rolling with dark chains and floating fragments of shattered coffins- each one a remnant of containment, punishment, or loss.

In this place, silence ruled.

Except for one.

In the crumpled remains of a coffin wedged beneath two rusted spires, the figure of Bob hunched forward in humanoid form. His body shook from the internal pressure of something unspeakable. Around him, the chains were his own as they did not bind. They pulsed!

A resonance formed between him and it.

The Inevitability!

It had no true shape. Only a pressing weight and intention that pulsed like an alien heart. It was hunger and simplicity. It wanted. It would have...endlessly

Bob had bound himself to it entirely by choice.

He used every scrap of treasure- every glimmer of possibility from the treasures and Imitated Everythings that Altheon had passed down through Thauron. He had taken what was never meant to be taken- what was not his!

And it had worked.

Almost.

He could feel it. The edge of control. The Inevitability was listening. It didn’t understand, but it obeyed, because Bob had given it a language as it fed actively on Thauron and his Origin!

If he gained that control...

He could have reached out to his daughter.

To Liora.

To hold her. To whisper that he was sorry. That he had never truly left her, not even once.

But that chance, that slim breath of mercy- was severed.

BOOM!

A pulse of golden-red light tore through the black skies.

And the Living Existence that was none other than Oryzarakh stepped into the prison!
