Zack thought for a moment then said, "When we get back to Riverton after New Year's, we should try to get Jeremy's contact info from Nelly and meet him to get a sense of his character for Nelly. If he's not a man Nelly can trust for life, even if it causes a rift between Nelly and me, I'll stop her from being with Jeremy."

Abigail nodded firmly, "Let’s do it together."

Zack said, "Okay, stop crying now; enjoy dinner with your mom and dad. We haven't replied to Nelly's blessing message yet, so she'll definitely contact us through video call. Don't let her see anything."
