Margot Wang was delighted, "Then..."

"But I wouldn't dare to employ someone as distinguished as Uncle Wang's daughter." James Lu smiled gently. He took care not to offend her, but gave her a clear refusal.

"It's okay, my father wouldn't object..."

"Marge, if you have to choose, you should be working at Uncle Wang's company, not mine." As he said this, he took the drawing from Margot's hand and threw it onto the male model. "The AC's pretty strong, and you'll be warmer if you cover yourself."

The model was stunned. He was feeling uncomfortable since the two people suddenly barged in, so when he heard James's words, he immediately covered his private parts with that drawing.

James shut his eyes for a moment. If it wasn't to stop that Elizabeth Liang from seeing this repulsive scene, he would never have had to face this exhibitionist! Ugh! His eyes!

"My drawing!" Margot was shocked and couldn't believe what she was seeing. That was supposed to be her officially graded assignment, but now that it was used to cover up the model's lower parts, she would die if taking it back again.

James ignored her and raised his eyebrows. He took a few steps forward and stopped in front of Elizabeth's drawing board. Elizabeth looked at the tall man in front of her and felt an ominous feeling rising in the pit of her stomach.

James lowered his head and looked at her drawing. He tugged his lips into a smile and said slowly, "This student... fits my tastes quite well."

When he said that, all the other students looked at Elizabeth with envy and jealousy, while Elizabeth was frozen like a deer in the headlights.

The dean came over as well when she heard this. "Elizabeth Liang is one of our best students. She is gifted in both her studies and her character. Look at her drawing..." The dean pointed at her drawing board and said, "This..."

"Don't!" Elizabeth instantly sprang up and blocked the drawing with her body.

James narrowed his eyes and guessed that she must have drawn something utterly scandalous.

She didn't want him to see it? Well, he will!

James reached out his hand and placed it on top of Elizabeth's head. Then he began imperceptibly exerting force onto it.

Elizabeth secretly pushed back to try to stabilize her position.

The male model had an extremely beefy and muscular physique, however, the body in the drawing... looked athletic, but too thin to be the model's!

Elizabeth blushed and smiled awkwardly. She desperately wanted to dig a hole for herself and disappear.

The dean did not look happy, "Mr. Lu, this..."

President Fang had finally smoothed his breathing and walked over. "What's wrong?" He took a good look at what was on the paper, but didn't really notice anything due to his disinterest in art. "It looks pretty good to me."

Margot was still pissed about having to restart her drawing. When she heard James saying that Elizabeth was the person that he was looking for, she ran over to them out of irritation and fury. She couldn't help but laugh mockingly when she saw the drawing, "James, do you really want someone who can't even draw a basic sketch to work at Lu Enterprises?"

When James saw the drawing, he felt like the figure looked somewhat like his own.

He glanced at Elizabeth, who was completely flushed, and shook his head, "It's not bad. If you can draw one person into another person, it means that you can think outside of the box, which is a necessary skill for design." Everyone was stunned when he finished his sentence. The rich and elite were really on another level!

Holy crap! Did they hallucinate that?

The other girls looked at Elizabeth with all kinds of strange expressions. They lamented the fact that James didn't choose them, and was baffled by why James was willing to humble himself for Elizabeth to this degree.

Elizabeth widened her eyes as she screamed in her heart, "Did he lose his mind?" Margot exclaimed in bewilderment, "Are you crazy, James?" And she then scowled at Elizabeth.

President Fang wiped the cold sweat on his forehead and tried to laugh it off, "Mr. Lu, there's no need for that, uh..." He peered at James. "It would be a great honor for our university if you've really taken such a liking to Ms. Liang, but there's really no need for you to be a nu... nude model."

James smiled and said, "You misunderstood me, President Fang. I am not going to be a nude model. I'm talking about a simple portrait. Just like you said, President Fang, another drawing should be made in order to convince the crowd. I also want to make sure that I haven't misjudged her talents."

"Well..." President Fang secretly slapped himself on the inside. Why the hell did he suggest that weird idea? Why didn't he just order them to shut up? Why did he have to make Elizabeth do another drawing? He... he shot himself right in the foot!

But, why was Mr. Lu taking it so seriously anyway?

"I..." Elizabeth came to herself and shook her head. "I don't want to draw it."

James gave her a meaningful smile, and the message was clear, "Did you think you have a choice?"

"There are too many people here, and it might negatively affect her mood and her drawing." James looked at President Fang with a smile and asked politely. "Can I borrow a quiet place on the campus, President Fang?"

"Mr. Lu, may I model for Ms. Liang instead?" President Fang was willing to risk everything for the sake of the library.

"Thank you, but no," James nodded slightly to Elizabeth and said. "Please come, miss."
