I Only Want You novel Chapter 1204

Adele sat on the edge of the bed with her heart full with panic.

Isaac had left for quite a while and hadn't come back yet. She didn't know where he had gone.

What she worried about the most was that Isaac might have known something.

"Miss Alaina, it's time to eat." Leola said at the door.

"Miss Alaina?"

Adele closed her eyes and didn't even have the strength to respond.

Leola called Adele twice and did not hear any response from her. When Isaac came back, she could tell that there was something wrong with Isaac. Later, she heard them argue...

She was worried, so she opened the door and went in directly.

Seeing that Adele stayed in the room safe and sound, she was relieved. "Miss Alaina, you didn't reply to me when I spoke to you. I thought you were sleeping..." Before she could finish her words, she noticed that Adele's expression was abnormal, "Miss Alaina, what's wrong?"

Adele pursed her lips. Although she did not want to speak, she managed to cheer up in the face of Leola who was concerned about her, "I'm fine."

"You don't look well! Your face is so pale." Leola walked over, "Miss Alaina..."

She hesitated for a moment, "Just now... I heard that you... quarreled with Mr. Bai again." Then Isaac went out in a hurry. She wanted to come in and persuade Adele, but she thought that maybe she needed some private space.

Adele smiled but did not say anything.

"Alas!" Leola sighed and sat next to Adele. "Miss Alaina, why do you always quarrel with Mr. Bai?"

Adele frowned slightly and did not say a word.

"Mr. Bai is good to you. Didn't he say that he would marry you in the future? What's the point of quarreling with him like this?" She really did not understand why Issac and Adele quarrelled every few days. Wasn't it good to live a happy life together?

"Look. You feel bad after quarreling with him, don't you? Why do you have to argue with him? If you're not satisfied with him, can't you have a talk with him?"

Adele bit her lip, "I am not feeling bad." She was just worried that Isaac might have known something.

Although Leola heard them argue, she didn't know what they argued about. Hearing Adele's words, she thought that Adele was angry with Issac and said kindly, "Since you're not feeling bad, why is your face so pale?"

"Leola, I'm serious!"

"Alright." Leola sighed, "I believe you. But Mr. Bai rushed out of the door angrily. He must be annoyed, right? He hasn't come back yet. People are unreasonable when they go berserk. Now it's time for dinner, but he hasn't called me. Don't you worry about him?"

Being reminded by Leola, Adele pursed her lips tightly.

Seeing her small movement, Leola smiled with understanding and didn't say anything more. She patted her hand gently, "Miss Alaina, Mr. Bai will definitely come back safely. The meal is ready. Let's go out to eat first, okay?"

The neighborhood was a little old and the lights on the street were dim and yellow. There were many trees inside, so the light in the neighborhood was darker.

Isaac leaned against the car as he looked at the lighted window on the second floor quietly.

He had been here for two hours, from dusk to night.

"Granny Aria." Arvis said, "If mom comes back, I can see her right here. Then I can pick her up. I eat a lot everyday, so I can take her upstairs."

"Arvis, listen to me. Mom won't come back today. She has work to do."

"Granny Aria, it's dark outside. Little birds have gone home to look for their mothers, and we're home. Why hasn't my mom come back? She has left for a long time. My mom, she..." Saying this, Arvis chocked with sobs, "Granny Aria, doesn't she want me anymore?"

Isaac's heart tightened. He lifted his foot and was ready to go upstairs. He wanted to rush in and tell Arvis that his mother didn't abandon him, and it was because of him that she couldn't go back. He didn't want anyone to misunderstand Adele.

However, just as he walked two steps, he suddenly paused.

If Arvis knew it, he would definitely blame him and ask him to give Adele back to him...

Perhaps he was selfish, but he didn't want Arvis to hate him and didn't want to let go of Adele.

If... Arvis was really his child, he didn't want him to dislike him. Even if Arvis was not his son, he didn't want it.

Should he let Adele leave him?

He gritted his teeth, clenched his fist and got on the car.

After he sat in the car for nearly half an hour, the old lady had left the window with Arvis. Looking at the dark room on the second floor, he took out a small transparent bag.

Staring at the thing inside for a long time, he took a deep breath and seemed to have made up his mind with great difficulty. Then he picked up the phone and dialed a number.

"Hymen..."
