"Why did you bring me here?"
Adele was very confused as she looked at the restaurant outside.
"Don't worry." Elroye said as he unbuckled the seat belt, "It's not somewhere dangerous, and I won't hurt you."
Elroye curled his lips and got out of the car directly.
He walked to the front passenger seat and waited for about half a minute, but Adele didn't get off the car.
He scratched his hair and thought that she was so bad-tempered. She even wanted him to open the car door for her.
But he didn't feel unhappy and opened the door directly, "Get out of the car."
"Alas!" Elroye felt a little helpless, "Didn't I say that I wouldn't do anything to you? Why don't you believe me?"
Adele sneered and retorted sarcastically, "I don't think your words are reliable."
"Is that so?"
"Don't you think so?"
"Alright." Elroye shrugged his shoulders, "I know you're angry. But it's noon now. Aren't you hungry? Come on. Get out of the car and let's eat something first. Even if you're mad, you have to fill your stomach first, don't you? After eating, you'll have the strength to lose your temper."
Seeing that Adele didn't move, Elroye was really helpless.
She still wore the seat belt, so he didn't think too much and bent down to unfasten the seat belt for her.
Seeing him getting close to her, Adele cried out in alarm, "What are you doing?"
Elroye glanced at her, "Why are you so startled? What could I do to you? You don't want to get off the car, do you? I'll unbuckle the seat belt for you!"
"I told you that I won't get off the car. I'm not familiar with you!¹'
Elroye didn't care whether she was willing or not. He grabbed her wrists with one hand and unfastened the seat belt with the other.
After unbuckling the seat belt, he exhaled, "See! Even if you refuse, it depends on whether I'm willing or not, right? Now I've unbuckled it for you, haven't I?"
"So, do you want to get off the car obediently on your own or want me to carry you down?"
Why did they like to threaten her so much?
Adele really hated Elroye who had a goodlooking face. She wanted to slap him in the face.
However, she didn't dare to do so!
She really couldn't figure out these rich people's tempers.
After considering the pros and cons, she compromised, "I'll get off the car by myself."
Elroye nodded. He opened the door a little
more, "Please."
"Mr. Elroye, why do you have time to come here today?"
However, that was reasonable. If he could put himself in others shoes, he wouldn't have put Avon in a difficult position back then, and he wouldn't have threatened her that day.
So, it was not surprising at all, was it?
"Mr. Elroye, that's not what I mean. I am just..."
Before Mike could finish his words, Elroye straightened up and said calmly, "Mike, don't try to reason with me. I know that you are running your business. However, there are no restrictions on the amount of money I can use in this card. I want to order the whole restaurant now. No matter how much it will cost, I'll pay. Okay?"
"Mr. Elroye..."
Elroye seemed to be impatient. He waved his hand unpleasantly, "Mike." Then he moved closer to Mike and lowered his voice, "I have a good relationship with Peter, and you know that. I don't want to make trouble for you. If you don't agree and I say something to Peter, do you think you can still work here as the manager?"
Mike's face changed, and he didn't know what to say for a moment.
Elroye was very satisfied with the expression on Mike's face. He added, "You know my temper. If I lose my temper, I won't be afraid of anyone."
Hearing this, Adele couldn't help but want to laugh. When he faced Isaac, he acted like a child. Why was he so arrogant at this time?
"Mr. Elroye, well..." Mike hesitated for a moment, "Shall I inform Mr. Qu now?"
Elroye glared at him, "Do you want to starve me to death?"
"That's not what I mean."
"In my opinion, that's what you mean!" Elroye rolled his eyes at Mike, "Or do you want me to tell the people who are eating happily that there are mice in your restaurant, and you use mouse droppings as seasonings?"
Elroye glanced at Mike and said with a smile, "Do you think it's better to drive them away or to let them think that your restaurant is not clean and there is mouse droppings? Make your choice."
