"Take it."
James signed the document and handed it to Samuel. Then he immediately turned around and walked to Dax.
Samuel stood there for a few seconds, and then followed him.
"Ha- ha, Dax, do you remember me? I am Uncle Lee!"
James turned around and glanced at Samuel blandly. There was... a hint of disgust in his eyes.
Samuel said with a dry smile, "Mr. Lu, I want to talk to Dax for a while."
"He doesn't know you." James answered directly.
"He knows me." Samuel didn't care whether James welcomed him or not. He pointed at Dax who was smiling and said, "Mr. Lu, look! He's smiling at me."
James snorted, "He just likes to smile."
Samuel curled his lips slightly, "Dax, can you come to my house to play some other day? Romain Lee can play with you. Do you want to play with him?"
Dax did not speak and focused on playing with his little toys.
James looked at Samuel, "Aren't you busy today?" Why didn't he go out?
Samuel scratched his hair, "Quite busy..." Had he ever been free? Sometimes he wished he could have three heads and six arms to help him work!
"Go and do your own work."
Samuel acted as if he didn't hear James, "Dax is here, isn't he? I have time to talk to him for a while."
"Bah!"
"Mr. Lu, Dax is getting more and more adorable, and his body is getting stronger."
Hearing this, James didn't ask him to leave anymore. He nodded proudly, "Of course!" He cooked different kinds of porridge for Dax everyday!
"But, Mr. Lu, why did you... take Dax to the company today?"
Could it be that... no one could take care of Dax at home? Maybe in other families, no one could look after the babies if parents went out to work, but such a thing would never happen in James's family!
James hired nannies, and Dax's grandparents were at home every day, weren't they? Moreover, according to what he knew, John and Lydia liked Dax very much.
"What's wrong? Can't I?"
"Of course you can!" Samuel nodded violently and didn't dare to say no.
What a joke! Whose company was this? James could even open a small farm in the company if he wanted, let alone bring Dax here!
"From now on, I'll take care of him in person."
"What?" Samuel was taken aback, "I didn't mishear, did I?"
"If you have ears, you didn't."
Samuel glanced at Dax and then looked at James, "Well, Mr. Lu, what I mean is that if you'll take care of Dax in person, when you work in the future..."
That day, James brought Dax and a nanny to the company. If James didn't say so, he wouldn't think that way, but James said that... Did he mean that he would always take Dax to the company?
"This is what I need to tell you."
"What?"
The rich were always capricious!
"Don't tell me that you'll miss me if I'm not
here."
"Maybe I will." Did he dare to say that he wouldn't?
When James heard this, he immediately looked at Samuel with disdain, "Look at you! Are you trying to disgust me?"
"Alright, you can leave now. I should go back after dealing with yesterday's affairs." No matter how luxurious the environment was, it was not suitable for Dax to play.
"Oh..." Samuel turned around and walked out. Just as he reached the door, he stopped all of a sudden, "Mr. Lu..."
James had just said a few words to Dax. At this time, he was somewhat helpless, "What's wrong?"
"I have something to tell you."
"Well, just say it." He'd better leave immediately after saying it!
Samuel was not in a hurry to speak. He just looked at Aria who was next to Dax.
Seeing this, James stood up and said to Aria, "Take Dax to my lounge and play with him for a while. It's time to change his diaper."
"Oh, okay."
"The lounge is over there." James pointed to the direction of the lounge, "Just open the door and go in."
After Aria took Dax to the lounge, James looked at Samuel, "Tell me. What's the matter?"
