Find Me In Your Labyrinth novel Chapter 166

Henson said, "Don't get too excited, you said you had a surprise for me after my exam, where's the surprise?"

"Oh..." Estelle's smile froze on her face.

She originally planned to tell Henson about her resignation after his exam, but now it seemed like she couldn't quit.

So she didn't have a surprise prepared.

Henson noticed the change in her tone and snorted, "did you lie about the surprise?"

"Of course I didn't!" Estelle laughed awkwardly, glad that Henson couldn't see her, "You said you had a surprise for me too, what is it?"

Henson bluntly exposed her, "Don't try to change the subject, tell me what surprise you prepared for me?"

Estelle's eyes darted around and suddenly thought of something, smiling, "There is indeed a big surprise, you'll know it tomorrow!"

She heard from Jonathan that his parents and brother were coming back, and she didn't tell Henson about it as a surprise. Since her own surprise was gone, she had to steal this on.

After this, she'd buy him a LEGO set he likes as compensation.

Henson asked, "You're not lying?"

Estelle replied, "Nope, I promise, I'm not lying!"

Henson let her off for now, saying, "Your surprise will be here tomorrow too!"

After that, he hung up the phone coolly.

Estelle looked at the disconnected call, raising her eyebrows. Did Henson buy her something and sent it to her by express delivery?

But he didn't know where she lived!

Estelle opened her eyes and saw that she was indeed grabbing his clothes. She immediately withdrew her hand and hid it under the covers.

Jonathan kissed her cheek and said, "My parents and brother are back, and they want to meet you. Tomorrow's Saturday, I'll take you home with me."

Estelle's mind buzzed, and she looked at him in astonishment, "We...don't need to meet your parents in this kind of relationship, do we?"

Things had changed since they reconciled. He would come over to the Royal Mansion more and more often, and everything was in harmony. But they weren't exactly a conventional couple.

Jonathan gazed at her longingly, then finally chuckled, "You're overthinking it. It's because Henson has made great progress this semester, and my parents and my brother's family want to thank you."

Estelle was speechless.

It was dark in the room, or else Jonathan would have seen her blushing.

So that was it, she really had been overthinking it.
