Find Me In Your Labyrinth novel Chapter 1449

Charlie picked up her chin with his finger and said, "Still thinking I'll let you go in three months?"

Emily instinctively nodded at him.

Charlie scoffed. "If you want me to let you go, then you should let me stay at your place. After all, if we get sick of each other sooner, our relationship will end sooner, right?"

Emily's face paled a bit, and she slowly nodded, "Okay."

Charlie's eyes were filled with complex emotions, and he thought, What?

He gripped her chin tightly and fiercely kissed her.

Emily immediately struggled in pain. "Charlie, stop, it hurts!"

"Hold it!" Charlie ordered in a low voice.

Emily lightly poked his waist with her finger, which was Charlie's weakness; he was especially sensitive there.

As expected, as soon as Emily touched him, Charlie's hold loosened.

Emily quickly rolled off the bed, ready to escape the room, but was blocked at the door by him, picked up, and brought back to the bed.

She helplessly rolled under the bed. Charlie got a shock and reached out to hold her.

Emily started biting his arm.

Charlie frowned, pinched her cheeks, and chuckled. "Are you a cat? Why are you biting?"

Emily's eyes were red with anger as she glared at him.

But Charlie suddenly softened, let go of her face, and held her, saying, "Alright, babe, let's stop fighting."

Just as he was about to hold her, Emily suddenly turned around and kicked him in the chest, knocking him mercilessly off the bed.

Charlie sat against the wall, his face full of anger, but he still indulgently watched Emily, who was laughing triumphantly.

So, this was also an important reason why she had been reluctant to publicize her relationship with Jonathan; she would rather just be a shy girl from an ordinary family in front of others.

It wasn't anyone's fault, but her own personality.

Jonathan noticed her constantly distracted expression as if he knew what she was thinking, he reached out and held her hand tightly, smiling, and said, "You don't need to change for anyone; just do what makes you comfortable. If you don't know how to express yourself, you can choose to keep your eyes closed. Remember I'll be behind you; I'll help you with all the problems. Besides, my family is very accepting; trust them and also trust me."

Estelle remembered Jonathan telling her last time that they would be living in Villa del Sol; maybe that's why he understood her.

She reached out and held his hand tightly. "It’s not that I don't like it; I'm just afraid your family won't accept my personality."

"As long as I accept you, they will too!" Jonathan's eyes were gentle. "Do you trust me?"

"Mm-hmm!" Estelle nodded lightly.

"That's good!" Jonathan held her hand tighter.
