Find Me In Your Labyrinth novel Chapter 135

As she pondered about her own family, Estelle inquired, "Has your dad returned?"

Emily's smile dimmed slightly, and she shook her head, "No. But perhaps it's not entirely a bad thing. My mom can have a bit more peace, and my brother has found a girlfriend."

Upon hearing this, her spirits lifted instantly.

Estelle nodded, "Everything will get better."

Knowing that Estelle's cake was for her friend, Emily made it herself, and Estelle wanted to pay her the full price, but she refused.

Estelle didn't want to add financial burden on her, and insisted on sharing the cost with her other friends, and only then did Emily accept.

She was still worried, "It would make me feel guilty to take money from you even for a cake."

Estelle smiled, "If it's for me, then I wouldn't give you any money."

Emily finally showed a little smile, "Come see me when you are available!"

"Okay!"

Estelle took the cake back to the Royal Mansion first.

The cake was a big one, pure white with a ring of golden rose petals around it, and a few eye-catching words in the middle, "I love you."

Simple and straightforward!

With a deliberate intention, Estelle captured a photo of the cake and promptly sent it to Manley, inquiring if he was pleased.

Manley responded swiftly, "Satisfied!"

Soon after, he sent another message, saying, "Thanks, babe!"

After the front desk lady finished the call, she turned to Estelle with an even warmer smile, called a waiter, and instructed, "Please take Ms. Macclain to room 8801 on the 8th floor."

The waiter immediately said, "Ms. Macclain, this way, please!"

Expressing her gratitude to the waiter, Estelle followed him towards the elevator.

Charlie let out a cold chuckle and commented, "What a shame. A woman as stunning as her is going to meet Manley."

"How do you know?" Jonathan asked.

Charlie raised his eyebrows in Estelle's direction, remarking, "It's Manley's birthday today, and someone is throwing a celebration for him in room 8801. That girl even has a cake. Looks like she's trying to win Manley's favor."

Jonathan watched the young woman's shadow, his expression indiscernible, and after a moment, said lightly, "Maybe there's another reason."

Charlie snorted, "Isn't it all the same with men and women? What other reason could there be?"
