“Let’s not bring this up again in the future!” Sidonic declared, turning to look at Quinn, who was not far off.
She was determined not to let Quinn ruin everything she had now, and she certainly wouldn’t let Trent discover who her true savior was.

In the hotel room, Quinn gazed at the replacement clothes brought over by the staff, then glanced at Julius standing next to him. “Alright, I’m going to take a shower and change clothes. You should go freshen up in the next room too.”
Julius looked at Quinn. “I’ll wait here for you to finish washing up.”
Julius looked at Quinn as if she would vanish at any moment.
“I’m not going anywhere,” Quinn reassured. “Why don’t you head back to the room next door and take a hot shower first? If you catch a cold, the medical facilities on this island are limited. We might have to cut short our stay and return before the investment conference is even over.”
