Divorce me I'm done serving you (Ayla) novel Chapter 687

Troy's fists tightened until his knuckles turned white. He bit down on his frustration and admitted, "Yeah, for now, I really can't think of a way."

Draven had only ever held the advantage when he was with Ayla.

By using the children to drive them apart, Troy had left Draven isolated—no one left for him to care about. Well, perhaps Kayla. But Kayla was untouchable, someone Troy would never dare cross, so Draven was left without any real weaknesses.

Ayla had only broken up with Draven for the children's sake. Now, if those children ended up back in Draven's care... Every possible outcome seemed to tip in Draven's favor.

Damn it!

Was there really nothing left to try?

Unless Ayla somehow came to hate Draven. But right now, Troy couldn't control Ayla at all. He had to tiptoe around her moods, always on guard. Ayla was strong-willed and independent; there was no way he could turn her against Draven.

Damn it, Troy thought, I'm really losing it.

Garrett, desperate to help, racked his brain for a solution. Suddenly, a name came to him. "Do you know Jeremy?"

Meadowlark Heights sprawled across the scenic western suburbs. The area didn't even appear on any map, and since it had no official name, everyone simply called it Meadowlark.

The whole mountainside was vast, almost all of it part of the estate's private gardens. There were staff assigned to every corner, and the scenery was more lavish and beautiful than any public park.

There was a greenhouse that nurtured a true tropical ecosystem, almost like a living natural museum. Multiple main buildings dotted the grounds, each with their own emergency medical facilities. There was even a sterile room suitable for open-chest surgery, stocked with every kind of medicine imaginable.

The estate boasted a golf course, tennis courts, swimming pool, and nearly every sport you could dream of. A dedicated helipad and private runway made arrivals effortless, and for those with a need for speed, a winding mountain road circled the property, perfect for racing without worrying about pedestrians or traffic. This was a true private sanctuary.

The garage was filled with luxury cars, all with plates that granted access to restricted zones.
