Andres's face hardened.
Remi was becoming more and more of a disappointment.
His long fingers tapped the desktop in a steady rhythm. After a moment, he gave Hans an order.
"Pick someone sensible from the main estate to replace Remi. As for Remi—deal with her according to family rules."
Hans was caught off guard. He hadn't expected Remi—who'd been by Mr. Andres's side for so many years—to be dismissed with a single sentence.
But Hans wasn't the type to ask unnecessary questions. He simply relayed the order.
The moment Remi learned she was being expelled, she panicked.
She threw herself in front of Andres, crying. "Mr. Andres—why are you sending me away from Azure Bay?"
Andres sat on the sofa, his expression cold. Beside him was the Puzzle Sphere, now cracked and half-ruined.
"Why pretend you don't understand?" he said. "I gave you two chances to reflect. You clearly didn't take my warning seriously."
"Did you really think your little tricks were invisible?"
Even now, Remi forced the lie through her tears. "I truly don't understand what you mean, Mr. Andres."
Hans pointed toward the living room camera. "Did you forget? Aside from Mr. Andres's bedroom, every corner of Azure Bay is under surveillance."
The message was clear: every move you made is on record.
Remi wasn't completely stupid. Her face drained white.
Her knees buckled. She dropped to the floor and begged, sobbing. "Mr. Andres, I like you. I'm crazy about you."
"In the past, I never dared say it because I knew my place. But when Miss Vance was brought here, I realized you don't care about status."
"And I started thinking—if Miss Vance can, why can't I?"
She crawled forward on her knees. "Compared to Miss Vance, haven't I been with you longer?"
