Ian was a bit peeved, but considering his past behavior toward her, getting mad at her would only invite a slap in the face.

He was in bed, constantly refreshing her Facebook page. Then he saw Tyler had left her a message.

[So your dog's gone missing? No wonder Ian suddenly asked us all to go find it.]

Seeing this message, Ian felt a bit better.

He refreshed the page again and saw another comment from Tyler.

[If he's helping you look for your dog, just know that he's seriously allergic to dog hair.]

Ian felt even better, a small smile curling at his lips.

Maja had just finished dealing with her stuff and was about to collapse into bed when she saw Tyler's two comments.

She was reminded of Ian's help tonight.

After a few seconds of hesitation, she sent him a message.

The simple words of gratitude instantly calmed Ian's anger.

Seemed like she still had a conscience.

He kept his eyes on his phone, expecting her to ask a few questions politely.

Like, [Mr. Raymond, how are you feeling?] [Are you still in the hospital?]

But she didn't. He received no more messages.

His phone was so quiet he wondered if it was broken.

He didn't know that Maja had fallen asleep out of exhaustion right after sending that message, her phone slipping out of her hand and onto the floor.

When she woke up, it was already past ten in the morning.

She felt light-headed and almost fell down the stairs after having a packet of cold medicine.

Seeing the look on her face, Maria touched her forehead.

"Ms. Pennyfeather, you're running a fever. Just having cold medicine won't help! Take a fever reducer, too."

Maja nodded, planning to go to the office later, but then she got a call from Zoey.

"Mr. Pennyfeather, Wilma's in trouble!"

Maja instantly opened her eyes wide and checked Twitter's trending topics on her computer.

The top trend was: Wilma being a diva.

She was accompanied by a video.

In the video, Wilma slapped the second female lead hard.

All the crew members gathered around, but Wilma pointed at the second female lead, almost losing her composure out of rage.

Maja's eyebrows furrowed as she saw the particularly large number of comments below the tweet, all criticizing Wilma.

After answering the call, he heard a strange and sweet voice.

"Dear Ian, did you forget about me?"

Ian's eyebrows furrowed. He checked the phone, confirmed it was an unknown number, then immediately blocked it.

He was worried it was some psycho harassing him.

After the call was hung up, the sweet girl immediately called Alma Casson.

"Alma, did you investigate? What's going on over there?"

"It's still being looked into. It's a bit complicated, but I'll take care of it as soon as possible. I feel like it's just an unfriendly woman causing trouble."

"If it weren't for my brother and dad stopping me, I would have gone to Greenfield to meet him long ago."

Alma had a smile in her eyes, "You can contact him by phone first."

"I can't do that either, and my mom hid my phone because she was afraid my emotions would fluctuate too much. You know I have a bit of a condition. She worries even when I sneeze. It's so annoying."

"Dear princess, if anything happens to you, no one can bear it. Don't worry, I'll ask my cousin."

"Thank you, Alma. I'll convince my family to come over as soon as possible. You keep an eye out for me there. If a bad woman is causing trouble, just make her disappear. My brother's at Greenfield, he's willing to do anything for me, they all spoil me."

Alma knew that Beck Sanders was very pampered otherwise she wouldn't listen to her.
