Thinking about this, Kurt's mood got even better, and he raised his hand to pinch Tricia's chin.

Tricia felt terrified; she closed her eyes, and her eyelashes began to tremble.

"Take this pretty lady away. As for you, come upstairs with me; I'll show you some excitement."

Maja figured Kurt wouldn't really lay a hand on her. In the BlueSky Bar, as long as she screamed for help, professional bodyguards would rush over instantly.

But after all, this place was a favorite hangout for rich kids. If she caused a scene, she'd be the one to lose face.

She still had a business to run. If she got blacklisted, she'd probably be dead in the water in this circle.

"You mean the casino upstairs when you're talking about excitement?" she asked.

Kurt raised an eyebrow and then headed upstairs, "Yes, seems like you've got some experience."

Maja didn't respond. She saw that Tricia was on the verge of tears, "Let her go first; I'll go with you."

Kurt was more interested in Maja than Tricia, so he didn't hesitate, "I'll take your advice, but you must keep me entertained tonight."

Maja looked at Tricia, still not understanding why she was at the bar.

"Tricia, you go home first."

Tricia was released by the bodyguard, and her face grew paler, "But you..."

"I'll be fine."

Maja's tone was casual, "At some point, you need to explain why you would come to a place like this alone."

Tricia lowered her head, her lips tightly closed. She came here because 'he' was here tonight; she just wanted to see him up close, so she couldn't resist.

She didn't expect to run into Maja. Maja was usually frugal; how could she afford a two-million-dollar membership card?

"I'm sorry, sis; I know I messed up. I'll leave right away."

She took a longing look upstairs, then left in disappointment.

Following Kurt, Maja saw him try to put his arm around her waist, but she said, "Mr. Raymond is a very territorial man; he doesn't like others touching what he's interested in."

Kurt's face fell, realizing she had seen through his intentions.

Kurt was very polite and wore a smile, "Are there two seats available at this table?"

He deliberately moved closer to Maja and even pulled out a chair for her, "Penny and I happen to be free; shall we join you, Mr. Raymond? You don't mind, do you?"

Hearing his voice, Ian looked up at him.

Kurt was also a member of this circle; apart from his penchant for toying with women and a bit of arrogance, he was generally well-liked.

Ian didn't speak; Tyler beat him to it.

"It's rare for you to be in the mood; let's play together then."

Tyler, with his gentle and refined looks and a mole on the tip of his nose, cast a sly look at Maja, "Switching up your tastes, are you?"

Maja had rushed out of the house in a silk-embroidered gown, her face devoid of makeup, not even a smear of lipstick. Yet compared to all the heavily made-up women in the room, her figure and demeanor were in a league of their own.

From the moment she walked in, the men at the table couldn't help but steal glances at her.

Such a cold and stunning beauty was a rare sight in their circle.
