At first, she thought Grandpa Holden was talking about Ian's cousin, but it turned out to be his real brother.

So, both of Selena Casson's sons were extremely talented and potential heirs.

When Ian's brother was alive, he was the one who handled everything.

After his brother passed away, Ian naturally became the heir.

Three years ago, Holden made Ian get married in hopes of controlling him through his family.

But who knew he'd jet off abroad and never come back? He even made a name for himself out there.

To the outside world, Ian was as cold as ice.

But who really knew what he was like on the inside?

Maja's head buzzed, suddenly regretting making such a deal with him.

The night he came back, she had already experienced his dominance in bed to the point where she ended up in the hospital. Now she was about to provoke him again.

Seeing her silence, Ian returned to his cold demeanor, looking incredibly noble in his suit, and left a few words in her ear.

"Eight more times, Penny. Be ready anytime."

In other words, she couldn't afford to piss him off.

When the door opened, Jeff was already waiting outside.

"Ms. Penny, I'll take you home."

They took the private elevator straight to the underground garage, without going to the lobby on the first floor.

While Carlene was waiting in the first-floor lobby.

After Maja got in the car, she was still a bit dazed.

It felt as if Ian's words had pierced her skin and seeped into every cell.

It was a heart-stirring feeling.

She returned to RosenGarden.

After getting out of the car, she thanked Jeff.

Once inside, she went straight to bed.

She was exhausted, dealing with Ian was no easy task.

Every bone in her body felt like it had been taken apart.

At that moment, Carol called.

Despite her fatigue, Maja answered the phone.

"Maja, I've brought some stuff up. I'm downstairs at your place, I'll be right up."

Maja quickly got up, looked in the mirror to make sure her clothes were impeccable before she breathed a sigh of relief.

A few minutes later, the doorbell rang.

Maja immediately regretted it. Knowing how sensitive Carol was about this, she should've changed earlier.

Carol leaned in, carefully feeling the fabric.

"And it's not a knockoff, Maja, where did you get it?"

Maja's eyes flickered for a moment, then calmly replied.

"I got it from Rosewood Manor, there are wardrobes full of ready-made clothes there."

She wasn't lying, there were people at Rosewood Manor who regularly sorted out her wardrobe every month, taking away the outdated ones and replacing them with new styles.

Carol didn't doubt it and continued to hand over the white clothing.

"Go change."

"No need, Carol, I'm sure it'll look good. I trust your taste."

As soon as she finished speaking, Carol noticed a mark behind her ear.

She raised an eyebrow and while Maja wasn't looking, pulled down the high collar of her blouse.

The collar was very thin, only serving a decorative purpose, a feature of this outfit.

Who would've thought that it could also hide a love bite?

Seeing that she couldn't hide it anymore, Maja played innocent and closed her eyes.

Carol gasped, "Oh my God! How many times have you been kissed!"
