A Mate For The Last Lycan novel Chapter 68

Chapter 68: DACRE WICKEDNESS

"We are not going to go to River Creek pack," Khaos admitted that. He washed her hands from the blood.

Meanwhile, Bryden watched their interaction from afar. This time, Caiden didn't come with them, instead it was the beta, who tagged along in this trip, since the gamma had something else to do.

Bryden didn't like how attentive Khaos was to Zuri. They didn't know this woman, but the way the alpha treated her was so different. He could understand if he wanted to use her for her talent, but it felt different.

"We are not going to River Creek pack?" Zuri looked around her again, as if she could find any sign that would tell her the destination that they were heading to.

"No. We are going to black market. I got a lead about the golden stamp." Khaos dried her hand, but he didn't ask why she was bleeding or why she had an outburst earlier. "Let's go back to the carriage."

When they returned, the carriage had been cleaned, there was no more sharp shard of the broken tea cup and Zuri spent the rest of the day sleeping.

She had been in black market twice when she was seventeen. That was the first time her father took her there, but actually, Rhett had taken her there a year before. He taught her everything.

Yes, Zuri was gifted and she was a smart child, but her true teacher was her brother. He taught her about life. He would sneak at night to her bedroom and both of them would read a book together, or she would simply listen to his adventures when he was away.

Rhett had never showed his true talent to their father, because he didn't want to be the alpha of the pack, he loved his little adventure so much to give it up and tangle in messy political affair. In their father's eyes, Rhett was only a brat, who didn't know any better but ran around the continent.

"I will go out for a while," Zuri said after she finished her dinner.

Right now, they were taking rest, sitting around bonfire. There were only five of them, since Khaos wanted to trick Dacre to think that he was going to River Creek pack. He knew the king must have someone to follow him and watch his every move.

Bryden approached Khaos when he saw Zuri walked away. "It happened tonight." He handed a small paper to Khaos. A report from one of his spies in the palace. "He did it again."

Khaos was surprised to know that Rimera was pregnant for the first time, because it was impossible for Dacre to father a child. He made sure of that.

Nycta lifted her hips, she wanted to rub herself against him, but Dacre put his hand on her stomach and pushed her down, while still kissing her.

"My king, please..." Nycta was being impatient right now. She wanted him to fill her. She wanted him to be inside her. "My king, please..." She tried to take off his clothes. It didn't occur to her about why the king was not wearing robe like usual, but her mind had not yet worked properly ever since he touched her. "My king, please... I need you..." Nycta said breathlessly. She closed her eyes when Dacre pinched her nipple and sucked the other.

At this point, it was a torture for her when the king still refused to touch her, where she wanted to be touched, where she was so desperate to feel a friction of his touch. She lifted her hip, but the king held her down again, which made her groaned in frustration. She was very turn on. She was a bundle of nerves, she would beg him to get her release if she had to.

But then, she realized something...

Someone else was inside the room. That was when Nycta opened her eyes and saw Killian was there, standing right behind the king. He was naked. Her personal warrior, who used to be around her all the time was watching her naked.

"Ah! What are you doing here?!" Nycta was mortified, she tried to push the king away from her and tell him that Killian was there, but the king didn't seem to care.
