Just then, someone came over to greet him, so Rex walked away.

A little while later, Rex was about to head to the restroom when he caught sight of Freya and Matteo standing by the side.

Matteo replied, “Specially made cocktails. Would President Hardin like to give it a try?”

Rex hesitated. “Is the other one for Miss Brown?”

“Yes.”

Rex was about to say something when Matteo suddenly added, “I’ll be over there for a moment, President Hardin, feel free to do as you wish.”

Rex frowned, watching as Matteo walked off. He realized that, at some point, Raven had joined Johnny, and Freya was heading toward them.

Rex froze for a moment.

Matteo was hurrying over, likely because he was concerned that Raven might be bullied by Freya and Johnny.

Thinking this, Rex furrowed his brows and walked in their direction.

Raven had only just arrived. She hadn’t even had the chance to say much to Johnny when Freya came back.

However, she didn’t mind and acted as if Freya didn’t exist, addressing Johnny instead. “President Gray-”

“Back already?” Johnny didn’t acknowledge her, instead turning to Freya. “Are you okay?”

Earlier, he had seen Matteo walking toward her. He had wanted to go over but was intercepted by Raven on the way.
