Harry fell silent.

After waiting for a response that didn’t come, Freya called out again, “Mr. Becker?”

She was aware of how busy she had been this week. Given that it was already past nine in the evening, it was clear she must be exhausted, still working overtime.

She didn’t have to guess to know that, with Isabella going back to the Wilson family, she wouldn’t be able to spend time with her child tomorrow. But now, Harry was asking her to make time for someone else’s child. It seemed a bit too much.

Yancy, relieved, quickly ran outside to retrieve Raven’s autograph.

Stella didn’t press further.

A short while later, Yancy returned, but all he had were a few notebooks, each with the “CC” signature on them. While those were indeed autographed, they weren’t what he was hoping for.
