Byron was momentarily stunned but then laughed heartily.
Dinner was served quickly.
Besides the children's meals, the adults' food was also abundant.
Aiden sat next to Byron, and though they didn't talk much, their understanding of each other grew.
For example, Byron could immediately sense when Aiden didn't like something and would switch his dishes with Aiden's.
Even when talking to Athena, Byron would intuitively pass Aiden a glass of water when needed.
Athena noticed how visibly relaxed Aiden appeared, and it was evident that he felt safe.

The first ones to light up were ducks in various shades of pink, followed by bears and pig heads.
Mia had never seen such fireworks before and was excited beyond words.
Byron quickly took photos of her and Aiden.
Athena was astonished.
What happened to Byron?
Did he just completely lose his cool?
The fireworks quickly reached their last one.

Athena instinctively wanted to refuse.
