“The Fox Queen?” Nestor's demeanor shifted as he rose to his feet, scrutinizing Catina. “You claim to be the Fox Queen, but do you have any proof to back that up?”

“I do, but do you even know how to verify my proof? Bring my subordinates over; they'll definitely recognize me,” Catina insisted, hoping her former subordinates would vouch for her.

“General Quivey, don't listen to their nonsense. They're from the Demon Seal Alliance. Just document this and hand them over to me for handling,” Lorcan interjected.

Nestor nodded, his decision made. “Very well, I'll immediately report to King Bernard that we've captured four more members of the Demon Seal Alliance.”

Nestor reached out to grab it, but as he laid eyes on the token, he shuddered, nearly dropping to his knees in shock. Trembling, he stepped closer, wanting to untie Jared and his companions.

“Wait a minute!” Jared called out, halting Nestor in his tracks. He turned his gaze to Lorcan. “Whoever tied us up should be the one to untie us!”
