Genetic Ascension novel Chapter 1637

Chapter 1637 Perfect

The silence was heavy. Heavier than any silence that had come before.

Not during Sylas' battle against the Demons. Not when he killed an E-tier elite with a single strike. Not when he brought out the Hollow Wing, nor even when he used his Whale Warlord Armor.

They had already felt like Sylas was a monster. 𝑓𝘳𝘦𝑒𝑤𝑒𝘣𝘯ℴ𝘷𝘦𝓁.𝑐𝑜𝑚

This, however? It put him beyond a level of monster.

It wasn't amorphous, it wasn't something intangible that slipped through their fingers every time they tried to grasp at it.

It was all too real, all too solid, all too right before their faces and impossible to ignore.

Primus Imperium? Primus Luminaria? Dominus Paragon?

Worthless Titles tied to weak Sectors that could probably have been taken by any one of them had they been born in the Milky Way Sector. It was a lie they could easily tell themselves without blinking, thinking themselves superior to Sylas for their station in life... not realizing the difference between being born with something and fighting for it yourself.

This, though... this wasn't something that could be as easily dismissed or ignored.

Maybe some of them had thought it might be possible after what they saw with the Rhino Warlord youth... but they had dismissed the idea for the sheer impossibility of it all.

Now, however, there was no escaping the reality.

A Perfect Spark Master was in their midst.

...

The atmosphere was heavy within the Emperors' sky box. Not a single one spoke.

How many Perfect Spark Masters appeared in their Emperor Sanctum? No... when was the last time one had appeared?

Maybe only once or twice every generation. Every several hundred, even thousand years, less than a handful might appear. And every time, they were touted as a legend amongst legends.

"Now, even if we are wrong, we must report this," the Emperor Lizard said slowly.

He was the first to push back before, now he was the one who spoke first.

There was no doubt. Whatever the consequences would be if they were wrong would be mitigated by the appearance of a Perfect Spark Master.

If they were correct, Sylas would be dealt with.

If they were wrong, Sylas was still a Perfect Spark Master. As for what the Emperor Sanctum would choose to do with him, it would be dependent on what the higher-ups decided.

The value of a Perfect Spark Seed...

The greed in Elbrum's eyes flashed before it vanished.

There were too few organizations with a method of extracting a Perfect Spark Seed, and their Emperor Sanctum wasn't one of them.
